This was delivered to me with a lip stick print on my drink. I called and was completely gaslit by the employees they told me “oh someone you work with must have been playing a prank on you at your ”. Mam I work in an ER none of us are playing pranks on each other and especially not where someone puts their mouth on my drink. They then begrudgingly told me they’d have to deliver me another drink, however that never happened. I will absolutely not ever order from this location again.

I went on my lunch placed an order at 1:53 got to the restaurant and it was cars pausing cause nobody was outside the lady had me wait a while til she looked over at me and asked for my name they argued with me 1. That there’s someone outside 2. Asked me my name 5 times after I explained to them 3. This was my first time doing drive through order I didn’t know the app tells me something else a Hispanic girl came to my car with a funky attitude it wasn’t busy when I got there I understand it gets busy but to have an attitude and I’m always there is unacceptable!

This location is almost set up to be a drive thru only. Figuring out how to navigate this parking lot is worse than driving on I-35 in DFW. There is only one entrance and one exit and you have to circle the building and drive back into traffic to figure it out. When I finally managed to figure out where I could actually park that wouldn't be blocked by the drive-thru, we went in to find all tables were taken. Of course that's going to happen, but we couldn't gauge how busy the inside of the restaurant was based on the poor parking.
