I gave 4 stars because of the price. Although for the amount of food received, the price was not bad. The food was greasy but did taste good. Large portion sizes had complimentary self-serve well-seasoned beans located near the Coke remix machine, to-go boxes were needed, and we came there hunger. The burgers are priced separately from the French fries and tater tots for $2.99 each. The drink was also about $3. The burger was about $13 for it alone. All tasted very good. I will come back there again but not too regularly because it is high in cost for a fast food place. For two of us, it was $37 after tax, and we got regular meals, nothing fancy or too big.

I do not enjoy saying negative comments about a restaurant, but i was previously employed here and expect much better service from Jucys. Consistently every time I choose to eat here, food takes on average 15minutes to cook, I know how long its take for the food to cook so I guess they’re just of task or terrible at cooking. When I come it isnt busy at all, so i’m confused what goes into such long wait times? Along with eternity of wait time, when I receive my food it isnt cooked correctly, sometimes over cooked, usually missing an item like bacon, or even left cheese on it when I requested no cheese ( the cashier put no cheese on the ticket)I guess they have reading problems?Im not the only recipient of such problems, me and my friend come together and his burger comes out completely different from what his ticket says also, at this point it is just sad. Someone please guve a solid explanation on 2 Pancakes taking almost 20minutes? Must be some extraordinary batter. Here’s just one example of the food they let exit the kitchen knowing how bad it looks. The photo with fries in it is how the Cowboy Melt Sandwich should look. As much as they charge youd think they’re Gordon Ramsey himself. Breakfast, Lunch or nighttime eats, rather than eat food Jucys on Old Jacksonville, ill just go to sleep.

I didn’t much feel like going here, as my son as just gotten out of the hospital and I was a little cranky. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, atmosphere and cleanliness! The burgers were perfection, fries perfectly seasoned and the free beans were a lovely surprise. I definitely can’t wait to return!
