Very slow. Drive through lady didn't pay attention to the name we said for our order online at 10:57pm and we had to park in lane b and that's after waiting in the drive through lane til 11:15pm didn't get our receipt or our drinks. Received our order at 11:21pm only after we went into the store to see what the issue was. Not happy orders weren't bagged correctly and very messy. Store was very messy and no one seemed to want to acknowledge the fact that we were not happy with our experience

Wichita Falls, TX has three locations in this small-ish town. This location at McNeil and hwy 277 is quite busy. The lunch rush begins early. Today, was no exception. The parking lot and drive-thru were full. The inside dining area has plenty of seating for a crowd of people. It was clean and tidy. The drink area was fully stocked and clean. The drink bar is quite a small making difficult to maneuver. The drink bar location is near the employee entrance and exit for the kitchen and register area. Our burgers were hot, made fresh, and exactly as ordered. Delicious. Usually, this location is fairly accurate in order filling. One of my burger meals I ordered onion rings but the order was filled with french fries instead, which was a bummer after arriving home and noticing their mistake. It was my fault for not checking before leaving the restaurant. I went inside to order because the drive thru was long. The employees are kind and courteous, and the food is prepared rather quickly.

We had a mixup with our curbside order pickup this evening around 7:00 when it was busy. But Heaven was glad to correct it & did so promptly; & she apologized for the inconvenience. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time!!! And the food was great! Thank you Heaven (Whataburger on McNiel in Wichita Falls)
