This place is great! Staff is incredibly friendly and love the theme of the firehouse. The fried pickles have the perfect amount of minimal breading, cut thin and crispy. The burgers bun is a true hero, one of the best I've had here in SLC. The burger itself was ok, a little well done, a little thin, maybe I missed the double option but there's always a next time. The indoor seating is incredibly limited so I would recommend a carry out order during the cold months and patio seating looks like it would be nice during warmer months.

Hook & Ladder Co has an amazing ambiance—it looks fantastic at first sight and really draws you in. I tried the fish and chips, and while the chips were awesome, the fish could be better. That said, it’s understandable since fresh fish isn’t readily available in Utah. Overall, the atmosphere makes it worth a visit!

I always come here on lunch and I love it. If this was closer to home I'd come here 3 times a week probably. Burgers are fr3lesh and great , lots of drinks options and everyone is always nice there. A bit small but you come for the food nothing else. Top 5 burger joints
