December 3, 2024 Update to the post: I was around the fifth car in the line. After getting to the window and using the bill it only took just under eleven minutes to get my hamburger! That's a big improvement. , From the time I arrived and was third car in the line until leaving it was 50 minutes. The person on the speaker took my order three times, then he took it twice at the window where I paid. I'mThen the people who hand me the order asked me twice what was my order. The photos show how saturated my bun is from it sitting so long before I got it. I checked the order and it was correct. When I checked the Jumbo Jack it wasn't even warm. It was cold. I had the person at the window give their opinion on the temperature. He said it's cold. He offered them to recook the burger. After 50 minutes waiting I assured him I would be leaving and would have to reheat my burger after arriving home. I would rather have had a warm it even hot whenever I could eat right then. I suggested they move the employee from the loud speaker position and replace the person with another employee. The manager on duty obviously is not on top of what needs to be done to run things more efficiently. Maybe training is needed at this business. The photo shows the mini tacos with extra cheese. It appears to be a skimpy amount of cheese. I questioned if it was extra. The person at the window said it's extra and it usually has much less cheese. Lucky I got the extra. This is the smallest amount of cheese on the mini tacos I have received in four states from Jack-in-the-box

I just went and got a combo meal where I asked If I could Substitute the fries for the side salad and I just Got back to work, the chicken strips amazing, great no problem. But this side salad is disgusting, I cant Even being myself to eat it because the lettuce is so wilted and old that there is no way I’m putting this in my mouth. You guys need to go through your veggies and salads and make sure they are edible before handing them out.

If your lobby is closed, then CLOSE THE LOBBY! plus after that you gave us the wrong order, after knowing that we were busy inside! Honestly if I could give a zero on atmosphere. There was still 4 people up front just talking took us a good 5 minutes for someone to answer. If the tea is as so good at least let me know!!
