I went through the drive thru and ordered food specifically to our liking, but yet they still couldn't get the order right. First of all, their customer service sucks all the way around, the girl speaking, you couldn't understand, the food was cold and stale. I swear you just can't ever get what you order at this McDonald's. They never listen to what you order and do not care what they serve you. Unlike the 2100 South McDonald's, they make sure your order is right. They repeat it, it's fresh, and the service is always good. But the downtown location is a joke all together!! And it's dirty!! I strongly recommend you do NOT go to the downtown location. As busy as they were, our food should've been fresh. Cold, plain, rubbery and bland! Not what I ordered. And they charged me for all the fixins and add ons! But I got shitty food & service instead!

You walk in, nobody bats an eye at you. They hardly speak English and are completely rude when you ask them a question. For dash drivers I noticed they do not ask people to confirm orders so anybody can snatch an order from here. Waited 15 min before having to literally flag somebody down to take my order. They do realize you are there and purposely don’t care

The staff here are rude and disrespectful and have some arrangement With a few of the homeless to let them stay as long as they want normally wouldn't matter but they aren't the cleanest of customers and watch something on their phones at full volume. I attempted to place my order on the kiosk and ran into problems so I walked to the counter for some help after waiting over 5 minutes lupe finally came up to the front counter made eye contact with me but didn't say a word and delivered meals to others that have paid he then told me he'd be with me in moment so I continued to wait patiently silent after watching lupe continue to serve everyone else but me I said something only to be told he was busy and would help when he was threw with other customers. I explained id been waiting and was told by him I'd get help in so he threw the food he had on the kitchen counter to express anger and said fine what do you need by this point it's been over 20 minutes with out getting to place an order and pay I can only assume how long the wait for the actually food would be. The final thing I have to say is that for a patrin leaving a comment should end up with you getting kicked off the property. I had one interaction with Lupe other then that I spoke to no one and no one said a word to me but while looking for some sign with the location number Lupe told me I had to go cause I was sneaking around the cars in the drive threw. So when I explained to Lupe it wasn't the case his shocked facial expression said enough that he knew he was wrong and I had my evening meal ruined for no justified reason
