This Wendy's has become one of my go-to location since I like that it's near Target and other local places I frequently go to. I've been going here for lunch here and there for awhile. I am usually overall very satisfied. Food was about the same as it usually was but I really appreciated the customer service I got this time around. Once I walked up to the counter, most of the employees seemed busy with the drive thru. I get it and I just patiently waited to be helped. The person who came to take my order was very nice. I would say their name but for respect of privacy I won't. Same person even said "have a good day" as I was leaving, addressing me by name. That really meant so much to me. It's little things like this that remind me why I go out of my way to go to this location over other Wendy's.

I was treated so poorly. I asked if I could order some of the value meals. Apparently they didn't happen until 10pm which is fine so I said whatever let's move on I'll order something else. The person at the register proceeded kindly to try and tell me what other meals they had available but the wannabe manager whatever he thought he was, was having a bad day or something. He told me to get out because he was feeling so disrespected. All because I said whatever I'll order something else. Almost as if he was looking for an altercation. I only gave 3 stars for the cashier who tried to help me. Hopefully the general manager sees this. I'd be glad to point out the man. If you can't hang in customer service or fast food, maybe it's time to reconsider. I was not rude until he verbally attacked me.
