Not happy !! I just ordered a Taco salad 🥗 and a second small chili and a Chocolate frosty for my lunch. Both of my orders of chili are ice cold !!! Yes the frosty and salad are cold but the chili should be hot 🔥 not ice cold very disappointed . I come to this Wendy's because it's close to my work but it never fails to have something wrong with my order .

There's no point in customizing your sandwich on a mobile order. I ordered two burgers with no pickle or onion and both had three slices of pickle and a good amount of onion... Also got these awesome baconator fries with 1.75 strips of bacon cut into thirds. Literally supposed to be crumbled bacon...

So so so so nasty. Just got my food 5 minutes ago. The drive through man asked if I wanted to switch my potato for fries cause they had to cook the potato…no duh? And I was uncomfortable so I just said yes even though I ordered a side of Fries with my meal. Found a hair in my food 🤮🤢 and the fries were so old they couldn’t be chewed. And I ordered a chive and sour cream potato with chili and cheese on it. So I just didn’t get what I payed for and I was just gonna ask him to put the sour cream and chives on the fries as well, but before I could even finish my sentence if you shut the window in my face. 😂😂 I was actually so upset he did that. I was nothing but nice when I should’ve been upset. I even let them make me food I didn’t want so it was easier on them. Also I’ve called them 10 times with no answers. And we were the only ones in the drive-through. Just paid $23 for mine and my fiancé’s food and we’re not eating any of it.
