Messed up my order. They mixed a flavor blast into my root beer float. I ordered a regular root beer float. It’s almost like they didn’t turn off the machine from a previous ice cream—not sure how they make it. Disappointed. Photos show it’s all throughout—this is after scooping out quite a bit. To try to find some without the mix. Some may like strawberry bits in their root beer, personally it’s not for me.

They ran my card and said it wasn’t going through so I gave them a different card and they ended up charging both of my cards. I even called the bank and they said they was both approved and pending I will be disputing the charge. The girl looked like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there I will never take my kids back to this artic circle horrible service and there food was cold.

Wow! Super friendly staff. I have been out of state for 20+ years with the Air Force and stopped in for a bit of nostalgia. I was pleasantly surprised by all the new menu items and of course joyed that my favorites from my youth were still on the menu. This location is well managed. One can tell by the professional and welcoming nature of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Thanks!
