I previously rated this Sonic with 3 stars, as I have a rule to always give a place another chance. Unfortunately, today's experience was the worst so far. The tater tots were undercooked, and the root beer was almost pure soda water with no syrup. The Ocean Water had the same issue. To make matters worse, no one answered the store phone at 6 PM on June 8th.

Stopped at this Sonic on my way home from taking my Mom and her 98 yr old husband to their Drs appts. Needed a quick sandwich 🥪 for my daughter and I. I SPECIFICALLY ordered 2 brioche bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and heated one up after running errands and realized they were BOTH sausage egg and cheese 😲‼️Tried calling 6 times, with no answer, drove ALL the way back, which isn't close to our house‼️Also asked for them to be cut in half and the girl said "I can throw in knife 🗡️" Surprise 😱 there was NO knife nor cut in half‼️How hard is it to please your customers⁉️As a customer service Mgr for years, would've just thrown in SOMETHING for all their trouble 😤‼️🤷♂️

The food would have been ok, but the burgers weren't cooked all the way. The drinks were amazing but next time I go there I will make sure to tell them to make sure my burger is cooked all the way through.
