Fries were old and cold, order was wrong, the person taking our order didn't know what to do (definitely needed more training). It wasn't a pleasant visit. Wendy's has really gone downhill!

Nailed it my order was spot on like you wouldn’t believe thank you kind stranger. My apologies for any hassle you have restored my faith in the Wendy’s franchise. This store is amazing.

I went to this location and I did an order online and wanted to do carry out and I accidentally did drive thru. I went in to get my order but because it was drive thru they said there was nothing they could do. I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. I told them that my truck really couldn’t do the drive thru. The guy who helped me looked at me and said oh no you’ll have to go through the scary drive thru. This was incredibly rude! I don’t understand why they couldn’t have checked me in like they would through drive thru and just handed me my food. I have never had a problem with this location until now. I’m never disappointed with my service this time..
