I picked up a delivery order from here. Got there right when pick up time was. Wasn't acknowledged by anyone for about 5 minutes while I stood at the empty register. There were 4 other people waiting around for their food, but no one in line. I finally pointed to a to go bag that was done (taped up sitting on the shelf) and said "pardon, that's not for Kathy is it?" She said it was not and that she was currently packing the bag for Kathy. That ended up being a lie and she gave the bag to someone else. A man that got there before me ended up getting his meal after I'd been waiting there for about 15 minutes and it was the finished bag that I had initially inquired about. Probably freezing cold by then. Another older gentleman got impatient and asked for his money back, as he had been waiting for 20 minutes for his meal. They refunded him and put the fries from his bag into the bag for Kathy. I will never accept another delivery from this place and certainly never frequent it myself. Oh and you know that first bag that I pointed out and they told me that it was not for Kathy? Turns out it was for one of the four people that were already waiting when I arrived. They just never gave it to him until 15 minutes after I witnessed him waiting. Who knows how long it was there before. Who knows how long he was there before.

I'm not happy I ordered #6 6 hotdogs & 3 fries then requested chili and cheese on all. I ended up getting charged $30.89 When I got to the window to pay there was a sign on the lawn showing a special of 2 chili cheese dogs & 1 chili cheese fries for $6.00 ...$6.00. I could have ordered 3 of the specials instead. I requested a change on my order to get that price. I was refused my request. Angry yes that I wasn't told of the special when I ordered. The way I entered into the drive through (from the McDonald's side) there was no sign visible on the special. Like I said not til I got around to the window. I could have saved $12.89 on a $37.45 order. Your order taker should notify customers about the special. Now It's going to be a very long time before you have my business again.

Was over charged, the order was wrong and missing items. Waiting for 25 minutes for hot dogs is really not acceptable in my opinion. Didn't appreciate the attitude either! Thank goodness Apollo Burger was next door, they came in clutch!! They had alot freshener tastings food also and was in and or the drive through in less than 5 minutes.
