The food was good. The service was 10x's better than Wendy's. I will make this my once a week "treat". Wendy's lost a loyal customer due to their poor customer service and constant shortage on my orders. Kuddos to Arby's

Read reviews of this place. They always, always, always make you pull off the the side and wait forever in the drive thru. This is not fast food. And most of the order takers I have experienced there are rude and not even listening to what your ordering. The last time (and it will be the last time) I went there I had to repeat my order 3 times before they actually listened to what I was saying, they were too busy arguing with someone else. :(

Today is Saturday December 14th your employee Ryan he was working at the drive thru at 4:40ish did an absolute great job, his customer service skill were excellent he greeted me at the window he waited until I put my money and my drink away before he said something else well-mannered overall absolutely excellent. More employees should be hired just like him he did a fantastic job his name is Ryan
