This was a horrible visit. The floors are disgusting and the playground is in disrepair. There is a flickering light and the doors look scratched up. The foam protecting the kids from the metal in the playground is falling off. The building looks old and damaged. The ceiling has cracks in it and there are pieces missing from the floor. The playground is dark and feels haunted. This place feels abandoned and uncared for. We are not going to be coming here for a long time.

Went through the drive-thru and was helped almost immediately with someone who sounds happy. I had to ask a few questions since I was also getting my dog a treat, and they helpfully told me you can get a grilled chicken patty! Polite, happy to help, and a speedy experience!

It wasn't busy at all because everyone was doing last-minute Christmas shopping. Except for me. The woman who took my order was very kind and patient as my son tried to decide what he wanted. While my son played in the play area, I could hear the employees talking and laughing in the kitchen. A Karen would probably have complained about how loud they were, but it made me smile because that's how coworkers are, and should be. They all were at the counter when we left and told us thank you and Merry Christmas.
