So I ordered a Lg Fry and a Small Triple Berry Frosty at 5:07pm, and the person who took my order misunderstood me and charged me for two large fries, at the window, I tried to get one of the 5 people, who were standing there, to help me and fix my order and was ignored by them all. Then I tried calling the store just to speak to an employee, this point I did not want to complain to the manager or make a big deal about it, but I was hung up on multiple times and they allowed it to ring for roughly 60 second until a recording took Over saying please call back, no option of leaving a message. But it was the Fact that when I called, they hung up on me multiple times, ignored my Request to have one of the large fries removed from my order ignored and just their general dismissiveness.

The night manager Vincent i believe, is very kind and very helpful. As well as making sure our orders were prompt and correct. My husband and I watched him assist other customers and was more than happy and professional. I love this Wendy's! Thank you all!

I have a mixed relationship with Wendy's. It's honestly not my favorite fast food, but I've never had a Frosty I didn't love. I tried the saucey nuggets this time, and they were actually pretty amazing. Way better than expected.
