The customer service is very slow. I waited 40 minutes inside the restaurant for them to deliver my reheated burgers. I had to throw them away because I wasn't going to eat something that was disgusting.

They don't check the delivery orders for accuracy, and when you call to tell them they are missing items you ordered, THEY HANG UP. Zero attempts to fix the issue. They do not care, here is your public warning, you are better off at Arby's across the street or another near by mcdonald's

Nasty as attitude on a spanish lady who give me my order. I ask her for few buffalo sauce and BBQ sauce and she only give two of them and I had like 5orders. This is crazy. I wonder how much she get paid to not give extra sauces to costumer.
