We had a great time here. The food was SO DELICIOUS. They could have done better keeping the table clean but other than that the atmosphere was good. We got chicken and waffles. And we could choose what pieces of chicken we wanted. We got 2 thighs 1 leg! The half and half sweet tea was VERY good. But note that the waffles are HUMONGOUS!! We got 2 waffles for 2 people and could not finish it all. But super good waffles. The chicken had the perfect amount of crunchy crust and meat and it came out piping hot! They were fast at making it. Overall, TOTALLY recommend Uncle C’s!!!!!

Uncle C’s Chicken and Waffles in Alexandria, VA, was a great experience. The fried chicken was super tasty, and the waffle was perfect—light, fluffy, and just right. Service was solid, and even though there was a line, it moved quickly. I also noticed that people actually sat down to eat, which says a lot about the vibe of the place. My only suggestion would be to add some actual hot sauce to the mix alongside their BBQ and honey mustard options. Overall, a great spot—I’d definitely recommend it!

Who’s cooking back there? Huh? Who is making this delectable Mac n Cheese back there!!!! Y’all see this photo?! When I took the lid off the Mac I almost fainted. I said there’s no way it can also be good…. I was in denial! Bussin! Delicious! The chicken, waffles. I just ordered from y’all and I have to say… 🥹😭. So good!
