Got 3 krabby patty meals. Fries were quite soggy tasting, but the overall food wasn’t the worst. Service was great. The place itself could have been cleaner.

I did a mobile carry out order and asked the cashier for my food. Customers after me got their food before me. I saw my food behind the counter get cold for early 20 mins. Finally I asked the cashier for the food and he gave it to me. He seemed high and pretty out of it. I’m reporting this to corporate and video of the cashier

Associate was very rude give me the back and closed the window and give her back to the to chat with another associate. The order was missing items I tried get her attention by honking it didn't work I to get out of the car and knock on the Windows. When I got her attention she did understand English because she said something in Spanish and the other associate was discussing something completely different beside she is not giving me chance to explain . The worse when the manager came and the same thing without asking what is problem he started addressing different issue. It was very aggravating the way they approach me was very aggressive. I can't believe that those employees were hired without any training but obviously they did.
