As a former Employee of a different Chick fil a. I was not impressed with this locations customer service or quality of food today. (I work down the street from here) My chicken breast on my sandwich is small like a breakfast patty and THIN. Completely unacceptable. I spent $17 on my meal today. (#1 combo and a cup of tortilla soup). Also i was picking up my friends mobile order, we both asked for Dr Peppers. When they handed me both orders and drinks i left, got to work to find out they gave us one Dr Pepper and one sweet tea.

A box of nuggets not even the size of your pinky. They should be ashamed. The customer service is ridiculous. Walked around the line to grab sauce because they didn't put any in my bag as requested & the lady yelled at me "don't take too much!" I didn't even reach for 1 sauce yet. Very rude & completely unnecessary. Could have just politely offered "let me get sauce for you." This location needs serious work.

Service just doesn’t compare to any other Chick-fil-A, I ordered online and followed all the instructions when I arrived but ended up having to wait for at least 20 min in the line to get my food while others were just coming and going. I only ordered a drink and some soup. I had to tell the workers twice what my name was to finally get my order only after I had waited 15 min already. Would not recommend this location, plus it’s located in a not so great place to maneuver.
