Fast service and great frozen custard! First visit, good-looking rewards program, looking forward to going back to try more things. For now, small chocolate brownie delight concrete and medium PBC & B sundae were both great! Update - enjoyed our small chocolate shake, burger, crispy chicken club sandwich, and onion rings! Shake very rich, thick, and chocolatey. Love Freddy's Famous Fry Sauce on the rings, savory and vinegary.

Nice place since it’s a new built location across Chesapeake General. Place looks crowded with tables and chairs. Too small for all the furniture there. Good service, but the kid in the counter got my order wrong. Manager tried to refund me with a gift card, but I declined. Canceled transaction then reordered. We got 2 orders of California double, one with chili fries and the other with onion rings plus two frozen custards (concrete) and 2 drinks. $45 plus. I should’ve just went to Red Robin 😊 if I’m spending that much. Anyway, burgers were smashed flat and in the salty side. The whole bite was good. Bread is almost too soft but it held everything together. Fries needs to cook for another minute and with the chili and cheese toppings, it got really soggy. Onion rings were good, but only seven. Not enough. The frozen drinks were really good, rich, creamy, and a bit too sweet for me. Overall, a bit better than fast food burgers but also a bit pricey for what you are getting.

I know this is a chain but I must say the food was very good. I had the new prime rib steak burger with the mushrooms and garlic aioli sauce. I like the fries very different from the typical fast food place. I do have to say that the staff here is excellent. It's rare besides Chick-fil-A when you see a fast food place that has a staff that is working as a cohesive unit. Seems like a very positive place to work. I also got the cold brew caramel milkshake and it was great!
