Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I had a burger and fries, and was pretty impressed. The burger was just as I had requested and though it was messy, I quite enjoyed it. The fries were even better. Thin and crispy with enough flavor that I didn't even need ketchup (and I love ketchup with fries). We ended the meal by sharing a sundae, and oh my! Every bite was heavenly. Repeatedly we each savored cool, creamy, chocolatey, caramely, nutty sweet perfection. Is that even a thing? Oh yes! The staff members were kind and efficient. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. There was also an interesting assortment of things to look at on the walls. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Ebony was such a sweet register lady, I was all confused on what steak burger was 😂 and she happily chimed in and told me about it! We were all smiles and laughs. She came over and checked on me and asked if it was good, and as always, it was. She's so amazing! While we were eating I also saw her engage with a customer with a cute fussy baby, she was playing and helping the mom make the baby laugh when it was less busy. It was adorable!!

Went today around 4:30 pm with my three kids; two of whom are autistic and pretty picky. The woman who assisted us today was amazingly patient and helpful! Thanks to her understanding I was able to enjoy eating out with my family. Our food was hot and fresh. I was blown away by the taste. Everyone left full and the kids fell asleep by the time we got home. From the cashier to the people working in the kitchen everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend! Thank you Freddy’s Staff!!
