Bought a 3 piece tender meal that came with potato wedges. The wedges were DRY! The most dehydrated potato wedges I’ve ever had, the chicken was ok I guess. The next meal was a 6-piece wing and they were smaller than average, but decent. I wouldn’t return here unless it was to get gas. Food is so dry and mid, not worth it.

Every Royal Farms is NOT created…rather operated equally. This new location on Mercury is on point. The chicken is ALWAYS fresh and service is courteous and helpful. I drive past the Carrollton location just to get the most fresh fried chicken!!! Cheers to CSL Vee, Taniya, and Dre at Store# 531!!!!

I love royal farms and waited years for it to be in Hampton so I went on my birthday (12/24) at 930 at night because I feel asleep only to get the worst customer service and chicken not done. Yes they just opened this month or last month but I shouldn't have to wait a half hour for a 2pc box. Others had been waiting as well just as long if not longer... Like who's in charge of the chicken!!!!! The chicken wrap my son ordered was trash and when is a wrap square???? I'm so disappointed...... I'll try again because I love royal farms but if it ain't right when I go again I guess I'll have to drive 25 minutes to Newport News..... At least they got the flow right and the chicken is done..... No blood
