First of all the prices are outrageous. Second, the wait time is just as bad. I could let those slide IF this wasn't the worst burger I've ever had. I swear it tasted like I was chewing on a soggy gym sock they found under the deep fryer, then soaked it in oil for about 12 hours. Seriously, why is this entire burger soaked, sopping, and covered in grease? It had a granulated texture to it. The whole experience was heinous. Just go right next door to Park Lane and get a burger instead of stopping here. It costs less and it's actually edible. I feel sick.

The lady who took my order was pretty mean. I asked what smash fries are and she rolled her eyes at me like I should know, but this is my first visit. I came in an hour before closing and I don’t prefer to be here this late either, and I get that she was probably tired but geez. I’ve had a long day, too. I asked for my receipt but she walked away before it printed and then threw it away when she came back. Haven’t even gotten my food yet and her vibe is killing mine. Fingers crossed the food is made correctly, considering I paid $31 for two sandwiches and fries.

THE BEST STORE I'VE BEEN TO!! way way better then Greenbrier location and alot more CLEAN!!!! GREAT STAFF!!
