Tonight Babe pick up dinner, and it was awful 😖. The chili looks like someone else had eaten out of it already. The fries and BBQ were old. This was the absolute worst meal we've ever received from here.

Back to back times had same gal at drive through who talks in basically rushes you to make your order. Ordered worst milkshake of life it was supposed to be peanut butter cup shake and got a weird vanilla speckled half effort $5 shake that I ended up not eating because it wasn’t worth the calories

i go to cookout often and and this isnt the first time this has happened o ask for a tray 4 chicken quesadillas with EXTRA QUESADILLA SAUCE this isn’t even cooked all the way cheese isn’t melted and was warm and where’s the sauce half the time yall get it right half the time yall don’t it’s annoying. if it would have been cooked cheese melted and you didn’t add the extra sauce okay well that’s fine but undercooked and cheese not melted i don’t trust you to remake my food.
