A coworker told me this was a great place for a burger, so I decided to try them. Around 6 p.m., there was a wait for a table, but there were a few open stools at the bar; which I decided to choose. The staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. After over-analyzing every burger on the menu multiple times and asking the locals and staff what the best was, I took the plunge to try the Cobra Kai. It was between that and the Greg Brady, but I just didn't have the guts to go to the next level, but I will next time! I also added sweet potato fries, and they had this yummy aioli sauce I couldn't get enough of. The patrons were pleasantly surprised with a small Christmas trio band, who stopped by for a few songs. I ended with one deep-fried Oreo; which was the cherry on top of a very satisfying meal. I'll be back if I get the chance to return to Norfolk.

Outstanding chain to get an excellent burger! I have visited various locations and this is one of the best. Any of the regular menu burgers are good, but it's always fun to get the burger of the day. Always have a wide selection of beer available in draft, bottle, and can. Sometimes has a small wait but goes quickly.

Everything was 5 stars here. Friendly staff and cool decor. The burgers were good but different. I was expecting the typical giant burger but these were smaller and served wrapped in paper. The toppings were slippery and fell out of all our burgers. All go though because they tased great. Definitely a place to check out while downtown. Fried Oreos are a must.
