One of the worst experiences ever. I ordered the mix and match online. When I got to the window to pick up. After a wait time as if they were really busy, the cashier asked for my email order number. He handed over a bag that was stapled shut. Send light for 2 burger, fries, and a pie. After opening the bag I noticed no fries or pie. When I asked for my fries he said they didn’t have any. Pie either. Didn’t even offer a substitute at first until I said that’s a lot of money for 2 tiny burgers and a drink. $16. Couldn’t even get a refund because they didn’t have a manager. They used to be decent sized 1/4 pound burger. Now McDonald’s value cheese burger has more meat. Terrible customer service and even worse food. Word to the wise. Never go after sunset.

All I’m gonna say is that I didn’t get what I ordered and it was horrible! This was not worth $25.82.

Pulled into the first lane, real person answered, apparently they only take DoorDash/mobile app order in that lane. There was no sign stating that prior. There should be a sign. Had to back up and get into the second lane to order in person. Artificial intelligence answered. No soda, no lemonade. Transferred to a real person. Could only order milkshakes for drinks with combos? Ordered a chocolate milkshake for one of the orders, it was vanilla. Real disorganized for being on a main street. Experience was chaotic. Get it together loves, I hope to come back when you’re better.
