The food quality is consistently excellent, though the pricing is somewhat high. One star was deducted due to the absence of staff at the ordering counter, necessitating self-checkout. Additionally, the trash disposal area required attention. However, customer service was exemplary upon order retrieval.

Food was delicious and came quick. Staff was helpful and nice. Seating was good and music was good. Don’t know why the rating is so low. Good place. Got the shack burger, black truffle, cheese fries and lemonade.

Experiences like this, is what makes ordering out completely pointless. You spend a lot and get much less in return. Staff were ok but I paid 30 bucks and my order was missing truffle mayo, napkins and a patty for a double. Complete bummer driving down here and paying 30 bucks and not getting all the items I paid for. Here’s a pic of the fries
