Not sure when things changed with this CFA, but it seems the manners and politeness are no longer emphasized the way they used to be. In my most recent visit, there was a mistake with my order. The associate at the window opted to argue about it with me and to offer to charge me the difference for their mistake. I told him that wasn't necessary and would simply take the incorrect order. It was really a disappointing experience again at this particular store.

This was my first time trying Chick-fil-A 3 years ago and never looked back. This location is very clean and the service is top notch. Everything here is fast, efficient, and the quality of the food is impeccable. Very friendly staff and a staple of what Chick-fil-A believes in as far as customer service is concerned. By far the best location I have been to in the country.

This review is solely based off of my catering experience. (Obviously this means I love Chick-fil-A lol). It was great! Setting up was a breeze on the app and delivery was right on time! The food was all packaged very nicely and it was still very fresh. Will definitely be placing more catering orders though Chick-fil-A in the future.
