This Chick-Fil-A location consistently delivers exceptional food that is both delicious and fresh. The restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness, and each table is adorned with fresh flowers, adding a touch of elegance to the dining experience. The service at this establishment is outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. In particular, today we had the pleasure of being attended by Jamal, who not only checked on us but also kindly offered to refill our drinks. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality were truly appreciated. Overall, this Chick-Fil-A provides a consistently remarkable dining experience.

I don't like to write negative reviews but I believe it's important to keep other people from wasting their money. I've been to several Chick-fil-A's locations before so I have certain expectations as far as the food and the service. In this particular case I was let down. I used the drive-thru and it seemed like the employees were more concerned with getting cars through the line quickly than in providing any sort of customer service. I was at my destination before I realized that I had not received all the items ordered nor did I receive any condiments. The sandwich was cold and none of the other items came close to meeting expectations. The items that I did receive certainly weren't worth the price. I will definitely not be back to this location.

The most disorganized and unprofessional Chick-fil-A I have been to. The entire staff needs to be fired and they need to rehire everyone. Maybe then they can work together and run the business smoothly with little abrasion. Bunch of young employees running around joking with each other or even arguing in front of all the customers. Ridiculously long wait for an establishment that prides themselves with fast and friendly customer service. Drive thru is an absolute disaster and so was waiting inside. Go to any other Chick-fil-A in VB and it is not going to be like this. Food quality was not as good at this location either but I pretty much expected that.
