My friends and I came to this Wendy’s and were immediately met with a difficult situation. There was a homeless woman blocking the drive thru area, so we drove up to the window to inform the workers so they could call the police or take care of the situation themselves. However, when we got to the window and told the lady our situation, we were met with aggressive and hostile behavior. She continuously lied to our faces, saying that she could only take our orders if we gave it through the speaker (it’s the same if we tell the order to her face or m through the speaker, it’s the same computer). My friend explained this to her and she started to get flustered because we knew she was lying. She immediately switched up and started to take my friend’s order, after saying she couldn’t. Then, I tried to order and she said “if you’re gonna laugh at me I’m not taking your order.” I tried to explain that I wasn’t laughing at her and she slammed the window shut and never took my order. She left for a little bit and got my friend’s order, but never thought to ask for mine because she thought I was laughing at her. We just left at that point because we didn’t want to cause any more trouble with her. I am utterly disgusted at this woman’s behavior; this is not what the service industry is meant for and she could have handled situation much better. If I was the manager at this store, I would never let this woman work at the window again. Fix your employees, and if you have a homeless woman at your window, call the cops instead of blaming the customers. Luckily, my friend enjoyed his food - hopefully she did not spit in it.

This is a more than decent Wendy’s. Cleanliness, food quality, portions, customer service are great. My only complaint is the dozens of construction workers crowding the dining lobby all day every day. Maybe ask them to build another location.

One of the worst restaurants in Bellevue, very disappointing even for a fast food place. The mobile app kept erroring out when I tried to choose drive-thru option so I had to choose in-store pickup. When I arrived at the store the doors had already been locked early for no stated reason (this has happened in the past as well!) Another customer let me in and I explained to the employees I was picking up an order due to the app not allowing me to choose drive-thru… but they said I had to line up at the drive-thru anyway to pick up my food. WHY??? So I got in line and it was so slow, it took around 5 minutes per car despite there being 5-6 employees working at the time. The cherry on top was that when I finally got to the window, they mixed me up with another order and said I owed them $20 lol. Above is just 1 example. On top of that they fail to fill fries completely or just straight up forget to pack items at times.
