I'm not sure what happened, I have been ordering from this location for years and for years it was great but for the last month or two it's just been terrible. This place cannot get my order right, burgers made wrong, ignoring you're customization or just doing a very poor job and only making it half right. The food has also been cold, Cheese not melted cold fries, onion rings and cheese sticks. A few orders ago my wife got 17 dang pickel slices on her whopper! That's not a mistake it's some one deliberately messing up people's food. For management please look into what changed in the last few months.

I've have went there 3 times in the last year. First time everything was wrong with my meal down to the cheese on my sandwich. Second time I had to explain swiss cheese. The third time today I had to give my food back again for swiss cheese and the person who took my order didn't give me the correct change ( $3 short!) The people there are snooty rude and don't talk! Never ever again will i go back! They need alot of training in customer service!! Just horrible!

Horrible service. went through window at 330 pm on a Monday dining room was empty, noone else in drive through. I got to window and girl did not speak, just held her hand out. She had only told me to pull to 2nd window when I ordered. I told her, you did not tell me my total. she looked and told me, took my card, and closed the window. she swiped the card, and walked over to the line and talked to her coworker, checked her phone. could not see my credit card. she either walked away with it or left it sitting unattended. I don't know what she did with her phone while my credit card was in her custody!!! she handed me my order, then reached grabbed the receipt and my card was with it leaving me to believe my card was in her hand the whole time? I attempted to connect with survey online, it rejected all attempts. I tried to use the contact bot, but I don't know the zip code here required to communicate with that. For all I know, she is the person in charge, so calling is not really an option. So, Shitty service, shady behavior with bank card, impossible to communicate concerns one star feels high
