They also got our order wrong where my husband had to go back and stand in the pouring rain waiting for them to give him fries. The amount of grease in the burger and the oil from the fries not only tasted like it sat in oil but also left a film in your mouth. My kid didn’t even finish his fries which is a first for him ( he LOVES his fries). Everything looked and tasted gross. Management really needs to do something, it literally tastes like nothing has been cleaned in god knows how long. The staff look absolutely miserable and super unorganized, everything takes forever. I don’t blame the staff, management needs to help out and figure it out. Maybe the reviews would get better if they actually cared.

I always think of Napoleon Dynamite when I go to sonic because of the tater tots… lol Anyways, I have gone to this location over 10 times in the past couple of months.(I live right by it) 75% of the time, the fries or tots are not fresh and the burger is not that good. I have had onions when I ask for none. And one time they forgot tomatoes. There have been times when it was really good! Like 5 stars. But then other times it is wrong or not hot just warm. It is a quality control issue. Seems that some of the employees here care, and some don’t. Your experience depends on the shift. The video attached to this review is from a visit I had when the employees weren’t running the drive-thru. Like I mentioned earlier in this review I come here all the time. So this review is for more than one visit. Review Update From an Additional Visit: Eeewww grosss, they tried to charge me $.49 for a cup of water with my meal as a paying customer. Charging non-paying customers for a cup of water to keep people from taking advantage makes sense, but paying customers? Jack and the Box, Chick Filet and Starbucks don’’t do that…..I attached a picture of the petty up charge….

I ordered their new crinkle fries. Well, they're not crispy, they're soggy and limp. I ordered their Smashburger. It wasn't crispy, it was a little pink had a little queasy stomach, but it did taste good. Sort of? Until I try there, frido burrito that made the queasy stomach go away. So I determined that was better than the Smashburger The mozzarella fries were not even really cooked. The outsides were not even golden Brown. The insides were still hard.Not even melted.Didn't even get marinara sauce with it, The pickle fries, we're not crunchy. They were soggy, even the breading on the pickle fries were soggy. Maybe they cook 'em in grease too long or something.I don't know.They were right there with the french fries.Those crinkly fries soggy , but i really love their energy drink with the red bull. Would I go back to the sonic in Everett to order food from there again? No I definitely know I would not. I would not order any food from there again now. I would order their drinks. That's a different story, the food. Oh no I wouldn't order it for a dog. I wouldn't order it for a cat. I don't even think it's fit for consumption.
