I love the menu at sonic, they have a lot of good menu items like the smash burger. (highly recommend, btw) However, often - not always - My drinks are made wrong. For example: I ordered a sprite with sweet cream, cherry, and vanilla. 🍒🍦 They brought the order, but lime was added.🍋 Yikes. I'll get a strawberry cheesecake shake, and there's no cheesecake bits in it. again, I'm a little disappointed because that's a big reason I got it. honestly, though, I don't think they get paid enough, and if I worked here, I wouldn't be meticulously making orders either. I really like Sonic, so I'll take what I can get. Also, the car hop is very friendly 😄

I was very disappointed today at this Sonic. I just can’t believe how the employees at the drive thru think paying customers are a joke. I had to tell two employees twice that I didn’t feel comfortable handing my credit card to them while I’m 3 cars behind at the drive thru to pay instead of paying at the window. It would’ve taken less than a minute to run the card in front of me at the window. When I got to the window the employee had a very a rude attitude, did not ask if I needed any condiments, forgot to give me the tater tots that came with the meal and when I asked for sauce even a ketchup packet they asked if I paid for the sauce. I don’t understand how these employees are being trained at this establishment if they don’t even know how to formally talk to a customer.

*""My husband absolutely loves the garlic cheeseburger and I'm now hooked on their fantastically crisp tater tots. We never miss the opportunity for a cherry limeade I got the crispy chicken strip dinner and so far they were the best American chicken strips I've had.
