They aren't aware of simple things like drink sizes or app deals. Also this location doesn't honor most app offers, is always out of drinks,sauces or even just basic menu items. Seems to be managed terribly. Your better off making the 5 to 7 min trip to 4th St.....They seem to have it together a bit more

The manager of the Renton, WA Sunset Blvd store tonight refused to serve us our order because allegedly, our food was not showing up in their system. She told us to call Juan, who I'm assuming is the district manager. He verified that our food was ordered and paid for after sending him our order confirmation and also verifying my food was paid for with doordash. Both doordash and the district manager tried to call and verify that my order was processed and that it should be prepared. Doordash tried to call them, and they refused to answer the phone. Then the district manager called and they answered and he told them to make our food. The manager at the store refused still to make our food. Then she started intentionally moving slowly and carelessly, acting as if she was not going to make our food. Then she started to taunt us and say that we were getting free food and wanted to argue with us about our order. Even though she was contacted by the district manager and told to honor our order by the exact person she told us to contact. So naturally, that should have been the end of it. When we verified to her that we were not getting free food and that her manager that she told us to call, herself, said to make the food. She started to make the order after 10 minutes and still intentionally got the order wrong. After making our order wrong, the manager still didn't want to correct the order once we told her that items were missing and made the food. She continued to say that we were getting free food and making smart remarks, being sarcastic and scoffing at us. By the time I got my whole order, my food was cold, and i had to warm up my order. Also, my food was made very sloppy as if someone with an attitude made it. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at Jack in the box as a paying customer. Especially in this economy and the cost of food we are currently dealing with. 11/22/2024

Had I not watched the staff make my food, I never would've accepted a replacement meal. This store however, has served me moldy SALADS. I've seen rats outside the building (which means they can get in the back door when it's left open to take out the trash). I reached out to corporate and "JACK" himself (on Twitter) but both have ghosted me. It took me going into the store with those photos to get a replacement meal. I will never eat there again and I advise you to check your food before pulling away from the store. You can always go back through the line but you probably won't wanna drive 5 miles back for the burger that has cheese and onion when you specified NEITHER can be on the burger. Be careful my friends.
