Totally disappointed ☹️ n my order today. Ordered chili cheese fries. No chili at all on the fries. Maybe pay more attention. I get that mistakes happen but come on it’s called chili cheese fries

Just ordered a cold brew and a sandwich on Grubhub from them. Guess what was in my drink. A WHOLE DEAD FLY. Who in their right mind sends out drinks for people like this??? This isn’t the first time either, I’ve gotten fruit flies before but I’ve blamed the drivers in the past for that. NOPE NOW I KNOW ITS THE RESTAURANT NOT CHECKING TO MAKE SURE THEYRE NOT SENDING OUT INFESTED DRINKS DIGUSTING

I ordered 2 chicken BLTs and they didn't put bacon or cheese on either of them. One didn't come with anything except one tiny onion. Literally just a chicken patty on a bun with one onion. The other came with only mayo, nothing else. Why would I pay extra for 2 chicken BLTs if I didn't want the toppings on either one?? I just would order plain chicken sandwiches, seems like common sense. There were the easiest modifications. I get that modifications are annoying but they were very easy, it really is not hard to add onion to something or take off a couple toppings. They also filled the fry boxes only halfway. Idk if it's laziness or being cheap, but either way I did not get what I paid for.
