They’re struggling. No cheese on either burger, was not requested to be no cheese either. Took 10 minutes before anyone showed at the window. When someone did show up they kept snapping with “is that everything”. This is $30 worth of food here… somehow.

Unfortunately my husband bought a breakfast sandwich here and found a small piece of metal in his food. When I brought this matter up to the manager they brushed me off with saying “well we don’t have staples in the store so I don’t know how that could have happened.” Uhm, Ms. We don’t know either but an apology would be a start.

16$!!!! For a burger and a shake! I could've gone to Applebee's and got fries with that shake. Jack's used to b my go to many years ago because they had such great prices and great food. It's been awhile since I've been here because of prices everywhere and I reckon it'll b quite a while before I come back! I'll say it again-16$!!! for a burger and shake! Absurd.
