Love jack in the box. Went in today, craving a burger. Was greeted by employee who seemed less than happy to be there, couldn't stop yawning. I always special order my burger, no pickles. Burgers came out pretty quick. However the were cold. Still satisfied my craving, but was a bit disappointed with temp of burger.

Sourdough double smash? One patty not grilled and the pics speak for themselves. So disgusting and angry with the amount of money spent.

Jack in the box never disappoints with horrible experience. The food quality is what you expect if you get everything you ordered. Not only I had to tell them they didn't charge me before handing me the food, I also had to remind them to give me my drink and when I got home not everything was there but it sure was correct on the receipt.
