I was trying to pay through the app and having technical difficulties after I had already placed my order in the drive through. When I got to the window to pay, I had no cars behind me and they told me I couldn't wait the two minutes the app needed to clear so I came in. By this time I was able to reorder and pay through the app and they still had no order that they could see in their system despite the fact that I had now ordered twice. All this was much unappreciated after I was just trying to get a quick dinner for my kids after spending a day with my grandmother who was just put on hospice. Between not being able to get either of two orders correct and being rude and not letting me be at the window more than 1 minute was unreal.

All these places care about is drive thru times and mobile orders. I waited almost 5 minutes before any one came to the register. Then they ask me to use the kiosk and walked away. They totally disregard the people who want to use the lobby and actually speak to a person. I don’t get paid to take my own order.

I order the steak and onions a la carte at many of the McDonald’s throughout town. It is at this McDonalds EVERY SINGLE TIME the steak patty is dry as leather and you get MAYBE two onion pieces. How is it people care so less what they serve these days ?
