Place is extremely busy due to an event at the convention center. The two ladies up front were on top of it and pushing food through fast while maintaining top tier customer service. Food was perfect, no errors, and hot. Great job.

Went through the drive through at 5pm on 1/11/25. It took almost 20 minutes to get through the drive through because all the staff were standing around talking instead of prepping orders. The manager was talking down on her coworkers loudly and didn't even make eye contact or bother to interrupt her conversation to hand off food. No greeting, just "the spoon is in the bag" and basically threw the food at me. If you want to be a better manager, maybe do your job and respect your staff. The fries were cold and stale. Got the wrong burger. At least the frosty was frozen.

Food was good. Took quite some time to get our small order. It was pretty busy in the drive through so we went inside thinking it may be faster but that didn't seem to work out.
