I had been coming here on a regular basis because the new manager was doing a fine job and the service + food quality was good. On Wednesday (3/12/25), around 9pm, I went through the drive-through and ordered a double guacamole bacon burger and a large water. I usually opt for water because I stopped drinking soda. They apparently had changed their policy about charging for the large sized water. They wanted $4. Ok, a bit ridiculous, but this is not why I’m leaving a 1 star review. Several hours after eating here I became violently ill and had to go home early from my shift. I spent the next 12 hours throwing up and, well, I will spare the details about what was coming out the other end. I had to take the following night off work. Everything else I ate that night was packaged and sealed and something I eat regularly with zero issues. I don’t want a refund. I just want to make the managers/owners aware of the problem so they can remedy the situation and not send any one else home puking their guts out. I probably won’t be eating at this establishment again.

I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick it up, the parking lot was completely empty, leaving me to wonder if anyone was actually there. I went through the drive through and the gal there was rude as hell. Looked like she hated life, there was absolutely no enthusiasm whatsoever. Shoved the food at me and said "have a good day". No other words were spoken. I went in to complain to the supervisor, who was the only other person inside, and he didn't seem to care at all. I will NOT be returning to this location again. Once is enough. Figure out what is wrong with that girl at the drive though.

The food is always great. With the exception of the older gentleman who works at this location, the customer service here has been terrible. I waited 20 min in the drive through lane without anyone speaking to me. I ended up backing out and leaving that day. The last few times the rudeness has been off the charts.
