I like Sonic. The one in Vancouver, WA, is good, but this one... not even sure what to say. The worst sonic experience for sure. Onion rings were overcooked to a rocky crisp. Chicken was burnt to a dry rocky crisp. Chicken tenders were dry. They asked if we wanted sauce, and we said ranch. Ranch, we didn't get. Tots, fries, and strawberry lemonade were good, hey, at least three positive things, yeah?

As far as service goes on this particular night, wasnt great! Waited forever for food then half of the order was wrong! Onions on burger that was not supposed to have onions,tomato and mayo on another that wasn't supposed to have them. Also third burger was a meal and got no fries! Husband went up with messed up food to have them re make and like 5 min. Later she comes to our car to tell us they just got hit with lots of customers so we will have to wait for our food they messed up on.... seems to me we should have been served first considering we were not only here first but they messed it up!! Waited another 10 or so min. The food was really great! Service not so much!!

Got someone else’s food, didn’t open the bag until I got home. I don’t have the energy to go back and fix their mistake and I don’t have it in my budget to get more food today. (It was a chicken strips order and I’m a vegetarian). It is so easy to give someone what they paid for, so how little do you have to care about your job to screw that up? Also the chick at the window was weird. I don’t know how to describe it but maybe put her somewhere where she can’t interact with customers? Just a thought.
