I specifically ordered & PAID FOR a triple whopper, no lettuce, tomato, ketchup, onion, mayo & pickles, add swiss cheese, BBQ sauce & onion rings. What did I get? A regular triple whopper NO cheese. Note that the cheese & onion rings substitutes cost extra.......so I paid extra for a regular menu item.

30 minute wait to get the wrong order. Would have said it was wrong, but it took 30 minutes to get the meal, two combos , both of which were made wrong "have it your way"? Team behind the counter was dismissive while we waited for our missing items to be put down, several times after that, we were told it was cooking, but they seemed to forget .Too much focus on drive thru and pick up orders while customers inside waited. On the plus side, the young lady at the register was very friendly and tried to help.

Worst food experience ever in my life. Don't go this place anyone with kids. We went to the restaurant around 7.30 with one baby and two small kids. Once we placed the order, it took them 20 minutes to get it to us. But we added another order as online pickup, and they asked to come through drive-through since it's past 8pm. We're already in the restaurant, so we're disappointed. When we walked through the drive-through, they asked us to come with our car, and they wouldn't give us food. We don't want to move, and the manager in the picture did everything. When we finally got our food, my family was taking dinner with kids and I asked them to leave. Your business is going to be impacted by this review, so I hope you'll get something done. Please don't go there.
