I had an issue through DoorDash and the dasher was struggling to explain what went wrong, and the manager on duty was so helpful and explained the situation. Then when I reordered they added a gift card for inconvenience. It really is the the little things sometimes—thank you!

Fries were old and cold. The waffle fries were old and cold. Service was completely disjointed. The half cooked and thrown back on the grill burgers are awful. Shakes didn't come out with burgers. Absolutely no longer worth the money. Yuck. Talked the manager who could have cared less. Burgerville used to be spectacular. Now a complete waste of money because there is no quality control. The dine in experience was worthless. The building is on need of cleaning and repairs. And bonus, when they cook the plant based burgers on the panini grill they fill the restaurant with dark rancid smoke. The manager shrugged it offsaying it's normal. Can't wait for In n Out!!!

Great employees and customer service. The waffle fries is amazing!!! However, chocolate n pumpkin milkshake are holly sweet, can’t bear it at all... Will visit sometimes but order the milkshake. To sum up, having great experience here!
