I decided to try the red hot chicken slider as a basket and the food was good however for just 1 chicken slider and fries and a drink was almost 12 dollars!! I just feel that is too expensive for 1 chicken slider as a meal. If I knew that was the price I would have skipped on it :( keep in mind 1 slider is almost 5 dollars by itself, but i dont understand how adding a regular fries and drink bumps it up by 7 dollars. Especially if the main portion of the meal is very little. Staff was great fantastic though and and the place was nice and clean.

This is by far the worst location in the Burgerville corporation! Burgerville is great! This location is disappointing, dissatisfying, and frequently an inconvenient experience. Unfortunately, every time we visit this location (which happens to be next to our house), it’s a major let down. Missing items is a regular. Tonight, it was a missing grilled chicken sandwich that I had to come back for. Cold or Luke warm fries are a regular. Tonight the waffle fries had 4-5 whole waffles on top of a bed of waffle fry crumbs. The customer service is completely lacking. No friendliness, barely even an apology when your order is wrong. The general impression is that you’re an inconvenience to the employees that are regularly standing around doing nothing or just talking to each other.

UPDATE: still the worst. Out of sheer convenience we drove through this Burgerville again. Ordered 2 burger baskets with drinks and another chicken burger. We got the 3 burgers, but NO FRIES, NO SAUCE (as we requested) and NO STRAWS for the drinks. We were in too big of a hurry to go back, so a waste of money. At least they're consistent... consistently terrible. Never go here As far as Burgervilles go, this one is consistently disappointing. I'm not sure we've had a time where they HAVEN'T messed up an order. Tonight: left out a burger from our order, so we had to go back. We also ordered the truffle waffly fries, but got the bottom of the barrel, apparently, as there were only a couple whole fries and the rest was just crumbles. Literally, a large order with the box full of fry crumbs. It's a bummer. I love Burgerville, and this one is so close to home! I keep hoping it'll be good, but it's so consistently bad...
