Update: 2/16/25 I just deleted my app and WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE ANY LOCATION as the $15 credit customer service gave me before expired after customer service PROMISED it wouldn't. I had doubts about being to use it anyway since the last time I tried I was screamed at by a cashier at this Heights location, see below. I don't need to accept verbal abuse from cashiers for my dining experience and neither do I want to accept lies from corporate customer service. They don't seem to care about anything anymore so ... there are other burger places out there. --------------- I am never returning to this location. As in Tessa's review -- I agree, horribly rude location. I was screamed at twice and never allowed to order anything - for no reason but whatever existed in the service person's head that they projected onto me when I asked for help with app. Please skip the offer for me to call your customer service as I already have and I don't want anything more from Burgerville but for it to be passed on to their manager as I requested. They said they would pass it on but I do have my doubts that the person I spoke too fully understood. I would suggest going to another location unless you enjoy verbal abuse for no reason. EDIT: AS I SAID, I don't want anything more from Burgerville as I have ALREADY reached out. Did you even read the review?

Good shakes, much better than typical fast food, burgers are fine, nothing special, fried asparagus very good, friendly service.

Came here for lunch and ordered the chicken strips. When I got back to work with my lunch, I saw help old and dry.The chicken strips were so I drove back. The manager told me that she knew that the chicken strips looked bad i told her if she knew that they were looking like that, then she should not sell them. She told me that she didn't have a choice. I got my money back but I don't think I will return at this location if they are serving food they know is bad.
