Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and some other food and the chicken sandwiches were super dry so we called back and the manager said we could have them replaced the next day and said she would write it down for us so the people next day would know. We show up the next day to get them and they say they have no idea what we’re talking about. So we weren’t able to get them replaced. Pretty shady

The only person who was giving the BEST service was a blonde, short haired girl named Shelby. She was running around helping EVERYONE while doing multiple positions, and she was bilingual and keeping communication open with everyone to make sure everyone was on the same page. The manager who was there, (a guy with short dark hair and facial hair), was doing the drive-thru window and he was NO help. He also kept rolling his eyes at Shelby because he couldn't get his stuff together.

Stopped here last night before seeing a movie. My kids and I had burgers, decent enough, but the wife grabbed a Chicken Club and now has food poisoning. Even after waiting all that time for it, it still wasn't thoroughly cooked. Without a doubt, the last time we'll be having Wendy's.
