Out of all the Wendy's in Vancouver, we've been to 6 of the 8 locations and this is the best one! Great, central location next to Costco and Home Depot right off the freeway. Samuel was very friendly and eager to help make our situation right. We were trying to order from the app and it kept glitching. He honored our reward deal anyway, no problem at all. You can tell he cares about this location! The dining room is very clean including the restrooms. Nice soft music playing. A TV to watch and fireplace. Lots of seating. Good hours. Good is always satisfactory or they replace it!

The Chili is always great. Protein w satisfying taste. The girl at the drive through was testy though. I was ordering Bigee Bags for a client but didn't know what was in a Bigee bag and she didn't have patience with me. Only one car behind me and 3 @ the window, so there was no need for that.

I frequent here Alot. I think there's new management,but still good food and staff pretty friendly. Drive thru pretty fast most of the time except around noon but to be expected because that's lunch hour.
