Hands down, the best Culver's we have ever been to. We walked into a welcoming atmosphere where every employee was polite and smiling. The young man who took our order was very kind and patient, never rushed me when I took a minute to decide what I wanted. While we waited, another gentleman who was working hard on keeping the dining room spotless welcomed us to Culver's and was very kind. After a short wait, we were brought our food by who I assume is the manager or perhaps owner of this establishment. He was extremely polite and genuine, asking if there was anything else he could get us. (Our order was to go.) We thanked him and on our way out the ENTIRE staff said "Thanks for coming, have a wonderful day." I've never had such excellent service anywhere I've ever dined. And the food was hot and fresh and perfect! 100 out 10, highly recommend! Great job here, everyone...please keep being an example as to what great service is and how kindness adds to the dining experience because it's very rare these days. :)

I ordered a double deluxe burger meal, cheese curds, and a chocolate malt. The burger patties are thin which gives the patties a nice texture when cooked. The burger had good flavour and wasn't too salty. The lettuce and tomato seemed fresh. The burger was a decent size. The fries are nicely salted. They weren't crispy but that could be because they spent time in a closed bag. The cheese curds are cheddar and were nicely fried. For fast food, they were what I expected. The malt was really good. I enjoyed it more than I had expected to. I would easily place this above most fast food places in terms of taste and quality. They are closer to a Smashburger than a more traditional burger.
