Just went through the drive through and ordered a black coffee. That's all I wanted. So they put a lot of cream in my coffee, even though I stated black coffee. I'm allergic to dairy and can't get a plain black coffee anywhere. Everyone seems to think that they can make your order however they want to, regardless how the costumer ordered it.

If I could put no stars I would. Past 10 times I came there I would usually use a deal on the app that says $1.29 any size fry so I would use a deal that was going on that day and the lady it’s always the same short lady with short ish black hair in the last window ALWAYS tell me it’s for the damn points and I CANT REDEEM the $1.29 any size frys, it just boosts my points? So why the hell is there food to redeem then?? I can’t grab a $1 any size frappe with a minimum purchase of $5? So I can’t buy 2 cheeseburgers which is over $5 to redeem $1 any size frappe? SO when I redeem the points and she tells me I can’t get any food it’s just for boosting points which I know is such bull shit SHE TELLS ME TO ENTER ANOTHER CODE AND THE CODE SHE ENTERA WHICH REDEEMED THE POINTS SND SAID THE CODE WAS REDEMMED ON MY END, she tells me to read me the other code that popped up, so I did and then she has the audacity to say nothing came up and that I can never get food with the damn deals of the day? Who is this lady? I think she’s high off her sss or something I have NEVER had anyone with that much stupidity work there. It’s happened so many times yet I don’t care cause it’s not that big of a deal but if it’s constantly happening, and I’m not getting food from the deals which you clearly do, how tf? I’m sorry I’m just so confused no one is this gullible and I want my damn $1.29 any size fry on Friday’s, cause that’s a great deal. Someone investigate her well being. It’s always that lady I never have any problems getting food with the deals at other McDonald’s I been doin this for a while, she j don’t know nothing

This location will literally steal your money. I placed a mobile order on December 12th @ 10:20am , when I arrived I was told that they had canceled the order and would not serve it because breakfest ends at 10:30am - but then they charged my card for the order, and as of today the charge has officially posted. I went back to the location today and the acting manager gaslit me and suggested they have no ability to refund the charge or help me at all, but the mobile app says you must work with the restaurant if the charge posts successfully. I love being scammed!
