I never knew ordering salads could be so complicated just to STILL get the order wrong even with the manager stepping. You see what we ordered and this is what we got. I go in to have it CORRECTED. Just for the MANAGER to hand me the salad still wrong without checking to make sure the order was made correctly this time. The most BASIC salads and they still managed to mess my order up more than one time. If I wasn’t there so long I would’ve asked for a refund, this is ridiculous. And then the woman originally taking my order was very unprofessional in taking my order. I tried to give them grace on numerous occasions but I still did not receive a correct order and did not want to wait AGAIN for my order to be remade. And the manager said it was a long night WHICH I UNDERSTAND IVE WORKED FOOD SERVICE. But I’m paying for my food a little care could be put into it. Terrible service.

The woman at register 2 @ 6:33 pm on 3/4/25 was excellent. id never been to a Culvers, she asked me what id like and she walked me thru it all! First class. Food was great. When i come back to Wisconsin ill keep my eyes open for Culvers!

I visited your drive-thru around last night 10:00 PM on 03/13/25, and my experience was disappointing. While I understood that only cash was being accepted due to a system issue, the service was unacceptable. After waiting a few minutes with no acknowledgment, I approached the window and informed the staff that I had not ordered yet. The young lady rolled her eyes, closed the window, and began goofing around with her coworker. They then asked me again if I had ordered, closed the window once more, and I waited several more minutes before my order was finally taken. To make matters worse, I was told today that the associate was new and frustrated, but that does not justify the unprofessional behavior I experienced, nor the fact that part of my order was forgotten. I hope you will address this situation to ensure better service in the future.
